Intro

I work with small and mid-sized teams that need senior HR and compliance support without adding another full-time role. My background is in leading HR and internal compliance programs for distributed organizations, and my consulting practice is focused on helping growing companies handle people and compliance issues in a calm, structured way.

My approach is straightforward. Calm, clear, and practical solutions that protect you and your business.

Who I am

Over the last several years, I’ve been responsible for HR operations, employee relations, and corporate compliance in fast-moving, service-focused, highly-regulated environments. That has meant owning policies, processes, and documentation, and dealing directly with sensitive situations where there is no “perfect” answer, only tradeoffs that need to be understood and documented properly.

Most of my work sits at the intersection of:

  • HR and people operations
  • Compliance and internal controls
  • Client expectations and contractual requirements

I bring that experience to organizations that don’t yet have a dedicated senior HR or compliance leader, but still want decisions and documentation that will stand up to scrutiny.
